真空上料机有哪些输送要求?

  自动化真空上料机主要用于输送粉末和颗粒状的物料,例如原料药粉末,化工粉料,金属氧化物粉末,炸药粉末;胶囊,片剂,丸剂,小食品颗粒,炸药颗粒等;不适合输送过于潮湿的、粘的、过重的物料。

  不是任何物料都能够采用真空上料机的,判定物料的可输送性,需要通过测量分析物料的一些特性参数得出。特性参数包括:堆积角、堆积密度、颗粒因素、静电常数、潮湿灵敏度、爆炸风险、毒害性和腐蚀性。

  Not all materials can be transported using a vacuum feeder. To determine the transportability of materials, it is necessary to measure and analyze some characteristic parameters of the materials.   (1)堆积密度堆积密度是指物料松散状态下单位体积的重量。由于颗粒或粉末包含物料和空气,所以堆积密度会根据不同的堆放形式而改变,因此必须测量实际状态下的堆积密度。

  (1) Bulk density refers to the weight per unit volume of a material in a loose state. Due to the presence of materials and air in particles or powders, the bulk density may vary depending on the stacking form, therefore it is necessary to measure the bulk density in its actual state.

  (2)堆积角当判断一种物料的可输送性时,物料的流动性是重要的参数。通常采用堆积角来表示,即物料从一定高度倾倒下来静止后所形成的圆锥体的锥面与水平面的夹角。角度越小即流动性越好,反之亦然。但是,对于某些特殊物料,堆积角并不能准确表示流动性的优劣。

  (2) The stacking angle is an important parameter when determining the transportability of a material, and the flowability of the material is crucial. The stacking angle is usually used to represent the angle between the cone surface formed by the material falling from a certain height and the horizontal plane. The smaller the angle, the better the liquidity, and vice versa. However, for certain special materials, the stacking angle cannot accurately indicate the quality of fluidity.

  (3)颗粒因素颗粒的重量、粒度分布形态、形状、硬度是影响物料流动性和输送系统设计的关键因素。

  (3) The weight, particle size distribution, shape, and hardness of particles are key factors affecting material flowability and conveying system design.

  (4)潮湿灵敏度所有物料都有吸潮特性,对潮湿敏感的物料有町能因为吸潮结块而改变流动性,甚至会粘结管壁或过滤器表面,出现堵管或堵塞过滤器的现象。

  (4) Moisture sensitivity: All materials have moisture absorption characteristics. For moisture sensitive materials, their flowability may change due to moisture absorption and agglomeration, and they may even adhere to the pipe wall or filter surface, resulting in blockage of the pipe or filter.

  (5)爆炸风险当微细颗粒和空气混合,达到临界浓度时,一旦出现火花,将有可能发生爆炸。粉尘爆炸有3个必要条件:氧气、临界浓度、火花。输送时物料的浓度难以控制,可以控制的是氧气和火花。采用惰性气体保护隔离氧气,通过消除静电避免火花的产生,这样可以控制爆炸的风险。

  (5) Explosion risk: When fine particles mix with air and reach a critical concentration, there is a possibility of explosion once sparks appear. There are three necessary conditions for dust explosion: oxygen, critical concentration, and spark. The concentration of materials during transportation is difficult to control, and only oxygen and sparks can be controlled. By using inert gas protection to isolate oxygen and eliminating static electricity to avoid sparks, the risk of explosion can be controlled.

  (6)毒害性具有毒害性的粉体泄露会造成环境污染和人员伤害,输送时必须采用可靠的技术和设备加以避免。真空上料机是安全的选择,因为输送系统内部的压力低于大气压力,不会出现泄露现象。另外从输送系统中排除的气体必须经过合理的无害处理,达标排放。

  (6) Toxic powder leakage can cause environmental pollution and personal injury, and reliable technology and equipment must be used to avoid it during transportation. A vacuum feeder is a safe choice because the pressure inside the conveying system is lower than atmospheric pressure, and there will be no leakage. In addition, the gas discharged from the conveying system must undergo reasonable harmless treatment and meet emission standards.

  (7)腐蚀性有些粉体具有很强的腐蚀性,需要选择合适的材料制造真空上料机。
