旋转供料器工作时,有时候会出现供料器轴承发热的情况,原因如下:旋转供料器旋转不畅的各项原因均能导致发热,应分别处理:内有杂质,要及时清理。轴的装配间隙过小,也会造成轴承发热,重新加以调整修配。工作环境温度过高、油箱容积小、散热不良,都会使轴承发热。

直连式供料器与电动机联轴器的同轴度差,同轴度应保证在0.1mm以内,现供料器大都采用链条式传动。旋转供料器内零件没有消磁。装配前所有零件必须消磁处理。还有就是装配有误都会造成。
